In the majority of cases a relay will be organised with a swap at RDV Tesco M6 J2 (Tesco main entrance)

Birmingham Clean Air Zone (CAZ)

As of 21st June 2021 Birmingham introduced a CAZ which the preferred route would pass through so for the NBS Birmingham we have prepared alternative routes for the Land Rover (Virginia*), and any personal vehicles affected**. This skirts round the CAZ. *All other fleet vehicles are exempt.

For Birmingham Alternative Route (CAZ) on satnav use KGH to NBS (CAZ) or NGH to NBS (CAZ) which exits left from the A38 onto the A4540 to skirt the CAZ and rejoin the A38 further on.

** To ensure you do not fall foul of any penalty charges check eligibility/register (or check London while you are at it?)
