Mileage claim policy – Update

Dear Members,

To help manage our cash flow better from May 1, 2023 any mileage claims need to be submitted within 2 months of the date of the activity. For example: If member uses their own vehicle under the policy on May 1 then any claim must be filed before June 30 through the Expense Claim form on SERV OBN Website.

There is no change to the mileage claim policy itself. For reference the policy states that Members may claim mileage if they use their own vehicle for duty in times of bad weather (Motorcycle Statuses other than Green), or if requested to do so by the Charity/Controller.
